It's perfect if your non-profit regularly books appointments, meetings, or interviews and wants to avoid the back-and-forth of email. That said, as a stand-alone tool, it comes with a price tag that's hard to justify for smaller teams already using Google Calendar. Google's free appointment slots feature covers the basics well, especially for internal use.
