How to apply:
- Set up your free Jotform account
- Visit the Jotform non-profit Pricing page
- Click “Claim Your Discount” and complete the application form, including proof of your non-profit status
- Once verified (typically within 24–48 hours), Jotform will apply the discount to your account and notify you by email
